NEED HELP WITH A RETURN?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your Catitude purchase, you can return your order for a refund or exchange within 90 days of receiving your product.
To be eligible for a return, products must be in an unused condition with their original packaging intact. We offer free domestic returns and exchanges and will provide a digital Prepaid UPS or FedEx label. Please note that Catitude is not responsible for providing a physical return label, and the customer must print the provided label.
Please send an email to support@catitudeshops.com and request a pre-paid shipping label to use for return. Your order will be refunded upon receipt at our warehouse.
Need help finding your order number?
Your order number is the seven-digit number included in your Order and Shipping Confirmation emails. It is also located on your order’s packing slip and in your Catitude Account. If you cannot find these records, please reach out – we would be happy to help!
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
ot all items are eligible for return. Any products excluded under our return policy will be noted on product pages and/or at checkout. To be eligible for a return:
Item(s) must be initiated for return and placed in the post within 90 days of the date your order is delivered/received.
Item(s) were not marked “Final Sale,” “Non-Returnable,” or personalized at the time of purchase, unless faulty.
Item(s) must be in their original condition and packaging, including tags, manuals, accessories and warranty cards.
You must provide a photo of your item(s) prior to shipping so we can assess the condition. Please send us the photos to support@Catitudeshops.com.
*Please note: If you claim a refund on a bundle, the bundle pricing is no longer valid. The items you keep will default to the current sale price and a refund will be given for the remaining amount. Example: Purchased Peekaboo Cat Cave BOGO Pack for $115.18 Returned one Peekaboo, current sale price = $71.99. Your refund is $115.18-$71.99 = $43.19. The above is only an example, the total amount owed will be calculated at the time your refund is requested. Please email support@Catitudeshops.com to initiate your return.
If you wish to complete a return, the product(s) should be returned in usable condition.
Upon receipt of the return, we will issue your approved refund via the original payment method. We cannot change the payment method to redirect refunds to other accounts.
Returns are processed manually and may take up to 7 business days to be refunded.
Returns will only be accepted if they are initiated through our customer support team (at support@catitudeshops.com)
Please Note: Sending returns directly to these addresses without contacting our customer support team will cause complications, and we cannot guarantee a refund.
Please remove all non-Catitude items from your return. Catitude is not responsible for returning these to you, and non-Catitude items will be disposed of.
If you are returning your entire order, all items, including promotional or free items, must be included in your return. Should any item, including promotional or free items, not be included with your return, a refund of the returned items will be issued minus the cost of the other items at full price.
If you are returning part of a kit, the other products part of the kit will no longer be discounted, and your refund for the returned products will be priced outside of kit pricing.
Domestic and International Returns
If you are based in the United States, approved returns and exchanges will receive a free domestic return shipping label via a pre-paid UPS or FedEx label. For exchanged orders, we will ship your order free of charge.
International customers returning items purchased on the Catitude US website are ineligible to receive a free return label from Catitude. A return label with tracking must be provided to Catitude from customers returning outside of the US to ensure a full refund for returned items.
We require retaining a copy of your drop-off receipt with a picture of the return label at drop-off for your records. If we can verify that the order was dropped off with a receipt and confirmation of the label and the order is lost with the carrier, we will take responsibility and honor the return or exchange.
Additional Information
Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
Additional return shipping costs are non-refundable. A return is only authorized using a Catitude pre-paid return label. Any outside return labels purchased are non-refundable by Catitude.
