For our international customers, we use the most affordable shipping options through Priority Mail International. Please note the following:

• Processing Time: It may take up to 2-5 business days to process orders after they are received.

• Delivery Time: Delivery can range from 7-14 business days, depending on your location. Please note that deliveries do not occur on Sundays or holidays. Due to varying international customs processes, Catitude Shop cannot guarantee specific delivery times.

• Liability: Once the package leaves our warehouse, Catitude Shop cannot be held liable for tracking issues. If you encounter problems with tracking or do not receive your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly. You may file a complaint with them if necessary.

As soon as your item is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. This will allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment.

For high-value orders, we may use a shipping method that requires a signature upon receipt to ensure secure delivery.
